Conquering Stress
My name is Anne and I am a mother of two kids. I have lots of responsibilities to bear on my shoulders as I am a single parent. In fact, the stress of my responsibilities make me feel so crushed at the end of the day that I just feel like I am going to break down. And the most interesting aspect of this program in managing stress was that I could reduce stress on my own, without having to go through any stress management training or counseling sessions. This was a great factor for me as I am a person pressed for time.
The site seemed to describe exactly what I was going through in my life. I absorbed the positive effect on my life and started seeing things in a positive way. Today managing stress is easier and I feel really calm even in moments of stress and know I can manage any situation I find myself in. Today, I can give my children a better environment to grow in, and this is the happiest point in my life.
